VDX DETAILING offers clients the opportunity to participate in its membership program (the “VDX Loyalty Membership Program”). To become a VDX DETAILING Loyalty Member, simply purchase any service on this Site or through an applicable VDX DETAILING appointment service and elect to become enrolled in the VDX DETAILING Loyalty Membership Program.

As a VDX DETAILING Loyalty Client, our detailing specialist will be accessible to you by way of appointments, purchase of service and or redemption of loyalty points. You will also receive emails, newsletters, special offers and other updates to maximize your shopping experience. As a valued VDX DETAILING Loyalty Client, you will enjoy exclusive Loyalty Member-only discount, and aftercare followups from one of our dedicated detailing specialist, which will be accessible to you after completion of a scheduled appointment for service and you will also be entitled to special promotions thereafter. You may cancel your VDX Loyalty Membership at any time by calling customer service at 248-955-4855 or 1-888-854-0683.

MYVDX MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

VDX DETAILING offers clients the opportunity to participate in its maintenance program (the “MYVDX Maintenance Program”). To participate in the maintenance program, simply schedule and complete any paid service from VDX DETAILING. You may elect to become enrolled in the MYVDX Maintenance Program (including the monthly, automatic purchase feature). As a MYVDX Maintenance Client, you can select from 30, 60 or 90 days prepaid maintenance options currently available. Our detailing experts will conveniently come to your home or location you choose, we will refresh, re-clean and or maintain the same service you “ORIGINALLY” purchased.  Example: if you purchase an interior only detail, we will only refresh the “interior only”. If an exterior was purchased, we cannot clean the interior unless the client pays full price for that service! Only the previously paid service prior to opting in the program shall be subject to the membership only maintenance discount provided by VDX DETAILING. You will also receive emails, newsletters, texts, special offers and other updates to maximize your shopping experience. As a valued MYVDX Maintenance Member, you will enjoy exclusive MYVDX Member-only pricing, coupons and dedicated promotions. You may cancel your MYVDX Maintenance Membership at any time by calling our customer service at 248-955-4855.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with the service received, you can contact our customer service depart for resolution, subject to the following terms and limitations.

VDX DETAILING does not offer refunds of any kind, we will however try to resolve customer issues in a timely, professional, transparent way. We will return to the place where services may have been performed to assess the situation and offer a satisfactory option to the client.

Our services are provided “as is,” with all faults, we will always do our best at each and every service we are hired to perform. IF A SERVICE OFFERED THROUGH VDX DETAILING SERVICES IS NOT AS DESCRIBED, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO CONTACT VDX DETAILING IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR NO REFUND POLICY SET FORTH IN DETAIL IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

VDX DETAILING makes no warranties of any kind regarding any third party sites to which you may be directed or hyperlinked from VDX DETAILING.
